What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency they operate with when it comes to communicating any changes happening across the company, and the clear value that is placed on the employees and what they continue to help the company be for our customers.
CEO provides honest assessments after each quarter, not only looking back on quarter but where we are going down the road.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very empathetic company. They truly care about the wellbeing of their employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More sexual harrassment training. This coworker doesn't feel the rules apply to her.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Softball questions, the interviewer doesnt know anything about software development.
I enjoyed learning more about what it would actually be like to work there with specifics given on what to expect, as well as clear expectations of my role.
The ability to meet most everyone on the team i would interact with in person.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Interviewer didnt kniw anything sbout software development.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to provide suggestions and encouraged to execute on many of them.
