What is the best part about your compensation package?

The field personnel have good benefits and are paid well enough to get by which is good in today's world. Those of us in management are paid at much higher level creating a class of living gap that burdens communication between the groups.

You’re forcing retirees into a Medicare advantage plan through UHC that doesn’t support 65% providers previously. Duke energy choosing a cheaper health plan for retirees will not support their current level of care and who is going to be the advocate to help the retirees in hopes of finding a

I have work at with same plant for more that 30 years , and I have seen my benefits get less and less during that time. I have seen my responsibility's grow, and handed to me with no training.

Low pay and very small yearly increases are embarrassing.

I have a not recieved beniffits that are equal to other companys in out area and we are being adked to do more jobs at less pay while out ceo recivies millions in compusasion
