I have work at with same plant for more that 30 years , and I have seen my benefits get less and less during that time. I have seen my responsibility's grow, and handed to me with no training.
Low pay and very small yearly increases are embarrassing.
There are some innovative thinkers on the team. Each problem that arises often requires a different solution and our team is able to come up with good ideas to solve these problems. We collaborate well in a virtual setting since we are in 5 different geographic locations.

Stop paying the CEO so much a year while cutting money from employees and contractors
There is no loyalty and you feel like your on pins and needles or walkin on egg shells. They need to make u feel more comfortable
