What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to employee feedback and ACTING on it. Employees have said loud and clear they want flexible work arrangements and the company is constantly telling us no, go back into the office. Employees give feedback on systems and process that are broken, and they don't get fixed.

Taking care of their people. As an accountant the CEO seemingly only sees the numbers and not the people behind them. A corporation expects total loyalty but cuts people as soon as her bonus or dividends are threatened.
