- What did you like most about the interview process?It was very laid back and chill. After seeing I worked on Fulfillment Orders at Target, my manager knew she had to hire me.
- What makes you most happy at work?Picking items for online orders; it is, by far, what I am best at. When I started, I was picking like 20 items per hour; now I average around 50 items per hour. I'm a Jack-of-All-Trades, but picking us where I shine.
- What are some of the best things about your team?We are all very supportive and helpful to each other, filling in gaps in knowledge, knowing where an item is, etc.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think that everyone should be given the option to get all benefits, whether it be health, short-term or long-term disability, or any other type of benefits, no matter whether I am full time or part time. I also don't think there should be a cap on wages for any position.
