What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have a tight bond that allows for things to happen seamlessly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO of course! Nothing like being paid to NOT work.

We support one another. There isn't a sense of competition between coworkers here that I've experienced in the past.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a place people come to find joy in candy. What's not to love?
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was seamless, due to the ease of questions. It was the typical retail interview.
To be completely honest, I like that it was laid back and that they made me feel like an individual even from the waiting room.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to direct an elderly person bbn to the "nostalgia" section and see the look on their faces to find a candy they havent seen in bbn 20 years.
