Reality and communications with the office emplyees exspevially billing and authorization.
The energy and excitement to be part of a team. Even tho it was a false front to lure you in.
Set realistic goals for employees as it should not be anout how much money is made for you to be a valued emplyee.
Improve by learning your job and not ecpecting others to help. It keeps others from being able to get what is expected of them to be accomplised.
