Responding back to e-mails and text messages
Don't just be part of the company because you own shares and wait for the company to be sold in order to cash in. Invest in long term growth and create a vision for the future behind hitting short term revenue and EBIDTA targets.
Get back to workers in a timely manner. Have more people to answer technical questions.

I have no benifits or stock compensation because I am a part time employee.
More resources to accomplish projects and project goals
My basic salary is too low compared with others. We are dialing same project same time but they get higher amount
Only 1-2% salary increase per year despite stellar performance hitting all targets.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all communicate openly and honestly
Co-workers are typically nice folks and that's the only good thing. Dynata does NOT have staff meetings and communication is either non-existent or just another lie. Try to inform differently and they get personal with you making a weak attempt to convince you that you are wrong despite proof. JOKE!
They are supportive. They answer questions quickly. They all work really hard and have the same goals.

High turnover. Find better job.

Open communication at all times.
They seemed intersted in me and asked great questions. They answered all of mine as well
I got to meet different people in different divisions.
Negotiating the salary I wanted. Didn't get the exact amount but they were willing to listen.
The part I liked most was how they made you feel like part of the family as soon as you arrive.

FAKE DATA WITH FASCIST AGENDA AND FIX DIVERSITY. HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS.
Dynata needs more innovation and investments in new products. The company is increasingly starting to lag behind fast-moving and agile competitors.
A better platform to use and more technical support.
