Throughout the year, our employee resource groups host in-person and virtual events in honor of our Dynatrace celebration months. Our team has curated a dynamic celebration calendar to honor and recognize months such as Pride Month, Heritage Months, Mental Health Month, and more. In celebrating these months, our ERGs host a diverse range of engaging events, including lunch and learns, panel discussions, and trivia celebrations. These events cover important topics such as LGBTQ+ rights, intersectionality, and the empowerment of women in the workplace.
Participating in these engaging events allows our Dynatrace community to engage with purpose, fostering education and awareness about the experiences and challenges faced by different groups. All Dynatracers are encouraged to participate in these celebrations as we aim to cultivate a diverse and equitable culture that ensures every individual feels a sense of inclusion and belonging.
We've also established a Global Inclusion Council at Dynatrace. The Global Inclusion Council is comprised of passionate advocates who are dedicated to fostering an environment where diversity is celebrated, equity is upheld, inclusion is practiced, and a sense of belonging is felt by all. They work collaboratively with the Senior Director of DEIB to support global DEIB initiatives, elevate accountability, and embed DEIB in our people and business operations.
