Leigh Silver started his Automotive Technology career in 2005 with Service Repair Solutions (SRS - Identifix, MPI, IATN, AutoPoint, ROI) in the role of inside sales for Identifix. He was quickly promoted to an outside sales role in 2006 within SRS' MPI division. Several years of successfully selling solutions to automotive new car dealers positioned Leigh well to achieve salesperson of the year in 2009. In 2012, he earned another promotion to National Accounts Manager at MPI, working on strategic initiatives with Automotive OEM's. Rapidly promoted again, later in 2012 he became Director of National Accounts with responsibility for all SRS divisions, as well as strategic initiatives and Product Owner with the ROI (Repair Order Insights) Division.
In December 2013 he partnered with his father, Les Silver, and acquired a share in the KEEPS Corporation becoming the SVP and General Manager. Leigh led the overhaul of their sales, marketing, and product efforts. As the company grew, he was promoted to President and COO in May of 2015. Looking to capture the market in the automotive services analytics space, he embarked on a fundraising process and partnered with Frazier McCombs Capital to acquire Dynatron Software in November 2016. Leigh served in the dual-roles of interim CTO and CIO for Dynatron Software after the acquisition until October 2019. In November 2019, he was promoted to CEO for KEEPS and Dynatron Software.
Born in Calgary, Alberta Canada Leigh migrated to the United States with his family in 1993. He attended the University of California Santa Barbara on a golf scholarship and studied business economics.
Leigh currently lives in Las Vegas, NV with his wife, four kids, and golden retriever Buddy and is active in his local community.
