Jeff DeLoach — Publisher of the San Angelo Standard-Times and Publisher of the Abilene Reporter-News at E.W. Scripps Company

Mr. Jeff DeLoach has been a Publisher of the San Angelo Standard-Times at The E. W. Scripps Company since January 2010 and as its Publisher of The Abilene Reporter-News since March 2014. Mr. DeLoach served as Vice President of Advertising & Circulation at Caller Times Publishing Company, Inc. since July 2008. Mr. DeLoach served as Circulation Compliance Director for E.W. Scripps Co. and joined it in 1981. He served as Vice President of Circulation of Caller Times Publishing Company, Inc. from August 2005 to July 2008. He served as Circulation Manager of the Memphis, Tenn, Commercial Appeal and Rocky Mountain News. He served as Senior Regional Manager for the Audit Bureau of Circulations during his tenure from 1984 to 1993. He has more than 20 years in Newspaper Circulation. He served as President of the Southern Circulation Manager Association. He also serves on the Newspaper Association of America Circulation Federation board of directors. In 2008, the News paper Association of America recognized him as the National Circulation Sales Executive of the Year. Mr. DeLoach holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, with major in Accounting and Finance from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
