Ms. Kim Williams is a retired Partner at Wellington Management Company LLP where Ms. Williams served as Senior Vice President and Associate Director of global industry research from 2001 to 2005. Ms. Williams was a Senior Vice President, Partner and Global Industry Analyst from 1995 to 2001 and Vice President and Global Industry Analyst from 1986 to 1995. She began her career and served as an Investment Analyst of the Imperial Chemical Industries Pension Fund in London, England since 1979. She served as a Vice President, Industry Analyst for Loomis, Sayles & Co., Inc. from 1982 to 1986. She worked at Sayles and Co., Inc. in Boston before joining Wellington in 1986. In her 26 years in the investment management business, Ms. Williams established strong credentials as a Financial Analyst with more than 20 years' experience covering industries including paper and forest products, publishing, metal and mining and home improvement. She serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of MicroVest in 2007. She has been an Independent Director at Weyerhaeuser Co. since October 1, 2006 and as a Director of E.W.Scripps Co since 2007. She has been an Independent Director of Xcel Energy Inc. since December 1, 2009. Ms. Williams has been a Director of The E. W. Scripps Company since July 1, 2008. She has been a Director of Xcel Energy Since 2009. Ms. Williams established strong credentials as a financial analyst with a focus on important balance sheet statistics and expertise on the management and strategic direction of a global investment management company. Professionally, she has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, Japan and Australia, providing global insights into the potential opportunities and challenges faced by US corporations in an increasingly global environment. During her career, Institutional Investor Magazine repeatedly recognized her as a Best of the Buy Side analyst. She holds a MS in Economics from the University of London.
