What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Negative work environment. Lack of support and training.
Lose leadership at corporate and station level. Turn the ship around. Emphasize newsroom stability and sustainability at the expense of C-Level and mgmt salaries instead of gutting them for a cheap and lesser product that viewers DON'T like. Return to honesty and transparency.
Scripps needs to get back to its core values. When I started working for them, it was great. The last year has been atrocious.
Pay the employees better and stop cutting corners.
