Scripps has lost its way. They are worried too much about the bottom line and not about employees. They are masquerading cuts to the bottom line as a news initiative when in actuality it's bad journalism to save money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
EVERYONE is happy, no one talks or interacts with one another because it's so negative.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Scripps needs to get back to its core values. When I started working for them, it was great. The last year has been atrocious.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They increased pay and talk about it like they've given employees the gift of a lifetime when in fact it's still at the bottom compared to other companies/occupations.
