Scripps is constantly "Transforming" I have seen money dumped into failed idea after failed idea mainly due to the lack of long term commitment. Local management seems to be a hodgepodge of other fields with little to no real television experience, just say no to Scripps.

Proper Staffing Across the board
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not enough staff to cover commitments, thus we work multiple positions for the same pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Corporate leadership needs to staff local leadership positions with qualified candidates with experience in the industry rather than another yes man. example: The Chief Engineer with no engineering experience of any kind.
