Being honest and being compassionate.
Communication and leadership. No vision with this company.
yes getting paid for ALL of the work I do would be great
They raised some salaries but not mine. I've been around a bit and experience is expensive, they are trying to cut expenses and don't care about experience.
They increased pay and talk about it like they've given employees the gift of a lifetime when in fact it's still at the bottom compared to other companies/occupations.
Remote work and higher salary
the culture would need to improve in order for the quality of employees to improve
They need to tespect those in managerial roles and lose some of the entitlement
New leadership and more Collaboration and better communication
Management and company needs to show support, compassion, trustworthiness and kindness to the newsroom staff

Negative work environment. Lack of support and training.
Lose leadership at corporate and station level. Turn the ship around. Emphasize newsroom stability and sustainability at the expense of C-Level and mgmt salaries instead of gutting them for a cheap and lesser product that viewers DON'T like. Return to honesty and transparency.
Scripps needs to get back to its core values. When I started working for them, it was great. The last year has been atrocious.
Pay the employees better and stop cutting corners.
