What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're humble and servant leaders who are great listeners.
They seem to all be bankers

They need to review their roles and encourage employees by giving credit or noticing their excellent work
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fair and wholistic, which is comparable to other great companies nationwide
Unlimited PTO is an awesome benefit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’m still owed like 3 paychecks I had to get another job to keep from losing my apartment
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all possess complimentary skillsets
They're knowledgeable kind and helpful
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything’s outsourced I can’t even understand some of the ppl in my department
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
work life balance is good
The fact that everyone has a voice regardless of title or seniority level
People have the opportunity to learn and grow
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Even distribution of work and higher good talent.

The exposure to many team members
The interviewers are friendly and insightful
Well they did there research but I’m not getting what I was promised
