What is the best part about your compensation package?

The health benefits are unusually generous for the banking industry. The bonus structure is awful, however.

I am satisfied with my pay.

Cash bonus based on merit

medical insurance, wellness and other vocation and sick day pay

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company needs to pay the employees based on their performance, instead of only focusing on the market rate.
