How to get themost out of your edible experience

First off, not all edibles were created equally. Edibles come in many shapes, sizes and potency levels, not to mention the wide variety of ingredients that now go into recipes today.

For anyoneusing edibles for the first time, we recommend you "start low, go slow".

"Start low"is in reference to dosing. The current industry standard is that an average dose is between 5mg-10mg. However, the effectiveness of a dose will vary from person to person, so if you do not know your own tolerance yet, it is best to start on the lower end of the spectrum and work your way up if need.

"Go slow"is in reference to the amount of time an edible requires to be absorbed by the body. If the edible is a sublingual (such as a breath mint) then the effects should start showing within 15-20 minutes. If the product requires you to chew and swallow (gummies) then the amount of time until it takes effect can be much longer 45-90 minutes.

1 - How do I receive the veterans discount?

To receive the discount on your orders, youll need to email [email protected] with proof of your veteran status. Our team will review your email, and once approved, youll see the discount in your cart during checkout.

In your email, please attach a photo of the front AND the back of one of the following cards:

Veterans Identification Card (VIC)

Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC)

State-Issued Drivers License or ID card with Veteran Designation

DD214 Form (discharge papers, please redact any sensitive information aside from your full name and date of birth)

The VIC, VHIC, and/orDD214 form will not be kept for our records, we only need to view the document to verify the information and it will be deleted from our email.

2 - How does the veterans discount work?

Once you've beenapproved by the Eaze team, you will see a discount applied in your cart during checkout. The 25% discount is applied to the item subtotal (before any taxes or fees). The discount is applied up to a maximum order of $500 (you may order beyond $500 but the 25% discount only applies to the first $500 of products ordered).

3 - Can I use the veterans discount with other promotions or credits?

Yes, you can. Any promotional discounts will be applied first, then the veterans discount will be applied, and finally, any remaining credits in your account will be applied.

4 - Can I receive the discount if I served in the armed forces of a country other than the US?

At this time, Eaze is only offering this discount for US veterans. Veterans include all individuals who are retired from the US armed forces or who have been discharged.

5 - Can I receive the discount if I'm a spouse/child/dependent of a current active military member or a veteran?

At this time, the veterans discount is only valid for veterans themselves. Veterans include all individuals who are retired from the US armed forces or who have been discharged.

Every Eaze Wellness account must have a unique email address associated in order to complete sign-up. Email addresses cannot be shared between accounts. If you are having trouble verifying your email you may be affected by one of the following reasons:

While we are able to change certain aspectsof your order related to shipping (name, shipping address, etc.), we are unable to adjust items once you have completed your order. You will need to cancel your order and replace it containing the items desired, or place another order with the items left out.

Why shop Eaze Wellness for your CBD products?

Did you know that there are no national standards for testing the quality and safety of hemp-derived CBD products? However, there are some states with state testing standards. We conducted research and compared the existing state regulations for laboratory testing. After comparing various states testing requirements, we determined it would require all of its products be tested pursuant to Oregons hemp standards and California heavy metals.

We think this combines the best each state has to offer and means products on Eaze Wellness are tested for 60 pesticides, 14 residual solvents, 2 microbial contaminants, 2 moisture levels, and 4 heavy metals. We also require that every product on the Eaze Wellness menu provide a certificate of analysis confirming testing results.

Who is exempt from cannabis taxes?

Customers with CA state-issued MMID cards are exempt from paying Sales and Use Taxes on their purchases, but must still pay the Excise and Local Cannabis Taxes.

How are my cannabis tax dollars used?

With regulated cannabis comes taxes necessary to pay for the implementation and enforcement of these new regulations, as well as a host of other benefits for the state and local jurisdictions, including funding for research on the newly legalized cannabis market, developing a test for impaired driving, community reinvestment and research on the pharmacological impacts of cannabis.

What is Eaze?

Eaze is a technology platform that connects licensed cannabis retailers (dispensaries) with customers.

How does Eaze stay compliant?

All retailers on the platform and all cannabis and cannabis product brands (cultivators, manufacturers, and distributors) on the menu hold both state and local cannabis licenses.

License Types

Eaze only works with licensed cannabis suppliers and retailers operating in compliance with state and local regulations. There are three state licensing authorities that each regulate a different aspect of the commercial cannabis market.

The CalCannabis Cultivation Licensing Division of the Department of Food & Agriculture, issues licenses to cultivate and process cannabis.

The Manufactured Cannabis Safety Branch of the Department of Public Health, issues licenses to manufacture cannabis products.

The Bureau of Cannabis Control issues licenses for cannabis retailers, distributors, third-party testing laboratories, and microbusinesses.

State licenses are dependent upon receiving local approval.

California state law allows local governments to regulate commercial cannabis activity in their jurisdiction. Though they cannot prevent an individual who is 21+ from purchasing or possessing up to 28.5 grams of flower or up to 8 grams of concentrates, local governments can prohibit commercial cannabis activity from being licensed and operating within their borders.

Eaze is committed to working within local law and regulations, therefore we do not deliver into areas that have explicitly banned the delivery of cannabis within their borders. Eaze is also committed to safe access to cannabis, so we actively engage with local governments as they draft new rules and regulations, and advocate in cities and towns where it is not currently legal to purchase or deliver cannabis.To find out if we service your addresscheck our coverage map on here.

Eaze Wellness is available for shipping orders in 45 states (excluding Washington, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska).

Although the production and sale of industrial hemp is federally legal, states are permitted to enact and adopt laws and regulations that restrict and even prohibit the sale and/or possession of hemp and hemp-derived CBD products. Due to these limitations, we do not deliver to the following states: Idaho, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Washington.

For the first time in Californias history, cannabis brands are being held to a new standard when it comes to the content of their products.

Eaze products are tested by State licensed and ISO certified testing labs in the state of California to be safe for both human and animal consumption. Like other consumables, cannabis products are tested for unwanted chemicals, pesticides, organisms, and foreign materials that may be harmful to humans and pets.

Here is a list of what labs test for:

Microbial impurities

Mycotoxin

Residual pesticides

Residual solvents and processing chemicals

While this obviously benefits consumer safety, the newly licensed labs in California are still ramping up and improving their testing protocols, making consistency in testing results difficult. Nonetheless, each lab is State certified and held to rigorous standards. However, they are testing different products at different times, which can lead to variances in THC/CBD levels. It must be noted that every batch is different even if it is the same strain from the same farm for the same product.

As a result, we display THC/CBD potency as an average with a final number that is subject to change based on what a retailer has in inventory when a customer places an order. THC/CBD levels displayed on the products label will always be the most accurate, but we strive to keep the menu accurate.

In a majority of our service areasyou will not need a medicalrecommendation to order. Most of our dispensary partnershave been issued Adult Use licenses (this allows sale of Marijuana products to anyone over the age of 21). However, some cities may only allow Medical sales, or are delayed in issuing Adult Use licenses. In other words, you might still need a medical recommendation to get a delivery in one city, but just your ID proving youre over 21 in another city.

Marijuana regulations can change quickly. Each city and county has the right to develop their own rules around cultivation (growing your own plants), distribution (having dispensaries or allowing for delivery) and sale (Medical vs. Adult Use). While this sounds confusing, rest assured, as long as youre on our site, youll be compliant with local rules and regulations!

To receive a delivery,you must show a valid ID to your delivery driver to confirm your age and identity. All new users must be at least 21 years old. Expired IDs will not be accepted.

Acceptable forms of ID are:

State-issued driver's license

State-issued ID card

Passport or Foreign Government Issued ID (must be in English or translated)

Santa Clara county deliveries requirethat an ID be scanned at the time of delivery. For orders serviced by the San Jose-based dispensary that uses the Eaze platform, you will need a state-issued license or ID card. Passports will not be accepted at this time.

In the event that your ID expires while with Eaze,we will need you to update this as drivers cannot accept an expired ID. If you ever need to change your ID, you can upload this yourself or reach out to us with a photo of your new ID at [email protected].

Driver App Troubleshooting: Using the App

Make sure you are on the latest version of the driver app. You can download the latest version at https://drive.eazeup.com/apps

Not receiving new orders?

Make sure you have yourDriver status set to "ON". You should seea green pulsing circle on the screen.

If you have your Driver status set to "ON" and you are seeing a red banner or a red circle on the page then you will not be able to receive new orders.

This likely means you have lost cellular connection or have poor 4G/LTEservice. Please try the following until you are seeing the green pulsing circle again.

Drive around to find an area with better reception

Disable wifi and all other apps that may be using cellular service (including Spotify, Pandora, and any other streaming music).

Issues logging into the app?

If you receive the error message user ****** is not a driver, please ensure that you are using the credentials for the driver account you have been approved for in the past.

Issues with the Inventory page?

If your app crashes when you open the inventory page, it may be due to a memory issue.

Click the toggle to disable Load Images to load the page quicker and with less data.

Unable to call or text customers?

This normally occurs because the phone number we have for you on file does not match the phone you're using. Please log in to https://www.eaze.com/profile to updated your phone number. If you're still experiencingissues please contact your depot directly.

Accidentally completed or canceled an order?

If you have accidentally completed or canceled an order and need to call the customer, you can check Order History from the app menu and call the customer.

Unable to complete or cancel an order?

If you receive an error while attempting to cancel or complete an order, it is often caused by connection issues. Try the following:

Disable streaming music (which uses your data bandwidth)

Visit to test your connection speed

If you are still having issues with the Eaze Driver App, please contact your depot managers for help and further instructions.

Driver App Troubleshooting: Installing the App

Make sure you are on the latest version of the driver app. You can download the latest version at: https://www.eaze.com/drive/apps

iOS Installation Guide

1) Make sure you have added Eaze Solutions LLC as a trusted provider.

Go to "Settings" on your iPhone

Tap on "General"

Go to Profiles/Device Management

Select "Eaze Solutions LLC"

Tap to Trust EazeSolutions LLC

Tap on "Trust"

Open the Eaze Driver App

2) If the app is a shaded icon that says "Waiting..." underneath

Try tapping the icon to see if this will resolve the "Waiting..." status

If that does not solve the issue, turn the Wi-Fi on your device off/on and then restart your phone

Open the Eaze Driver App

If you are still having issues installing the iOS Driver App, please contact the depot for help and further instructions.

Android Installation Guide

1) Cannot install the app after downloading the .apk file ("Cannot open file" or "Cannot install file")

2) Ensure your version of Google Play Services is greater than 10.0.1

Go to Settings

Select Application Manager

Select Google Play services

It will show you your version number at the top

If you do not have the right version, please install system updates on your phone

Open the Eaze Driver App

3) Google Chrome download manager is not allowing .apk installation

Download a file browser such as Astro(can be found in the Google Play Store)

4) Ensure that all permissions are enabled

Go to Settings

Go to Applications

Go to Application Manager

Go to Eaze Driver

Go to Permissions

Make sure that ALL permissions are turned on

5) If you have a MetroPCS phone with Lookout installed, you will need to disable Lookout:

First, go to your Android Settings.

UnderSecurity, tap Device administrators and uncheck the box next to Lookout.

Then, in the mainAndroid Settings find Apps.

Tap Lookout and choose "Force Stop"

Tap Storage then "Clear Data"

Lastly, click the back button and tap "Disable"

*IMPORTANT:* Reinstalling the app: If you are currentlyON an active shift and you need to reinstall the app, make sure you go "OFF" before you reinstall the app. Otherwise, orders in your queue will be lost.

Charging your Gio

Plug in the included micro USB cord into the bottom of the battery and a USB port on your computer or AC adapter.

The G Pen Gio "G" light on the front will light up when it is fully charged.

Inserting yourGio pod

Align your G Pen Gio pod with the battery by ensuring the embossed G logo and mouthpiece opening are facing the same direction as the front "G" light on the battery.

The cartridge should slide down easily into the top of the battery.

Drawing from the Gio

Once the unit is charged and the cartridge inserted, you can draw through the G Pen Gio's mouthpiece until you pull the desired amount of vapor.

Terpenes, also known as terpenoids, are a large and diverse class of organic compounds that give plants, such as cannabis, their aroma, taste and flavor. Terpenes do not interact with our bodys cannabinoid receptors but rather cause a different effect with the cannabinoids that are interacting with our receptors. A single cannabis plant can potentially contain upwards of 200 plus terpenes.

Terpenes provide a higher level of accuracy when it comes to differentiating strains, or varieties, of cannabis. For instance, some cannabis varieties have been found to have matching THC and CBD levels and only differ in their terpene profiles.
