Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The mileage rate is not fair, it might seems legal the way is provided by your third company but it's not, that is not enough to cover for insurance for someone that drives this much in California its an unfair compensation.
Better compensation for the rise in gas. I'm basically just driving for the hourly rate
The .57 per mile is not enough and tips are getting worse and worse

Friendly coworkers and friendly customers.
Supervisors, drivers, and Depot staff are great people almost without fail. The work is tedious, but we get it done.
