We basically drive all day for minimum wage, gas prices are going higher and higher and the .57 per mile is not enough to cover gas and car maintenance, tips are almost non existent, I feel like they tell the customers not to tip the drivers anymore

There is no leadership, they just open a window and handle me my next orders
