The setup is unique for desks and our building is a ton of fun! On site cafeteria and game room make breaks and lunches more fun!

They genuinely care about us, our success and growth within the company. Devin is such a great CEO and supports and rewards us for hard work and dedication. eBay has some of the best benefits I have ever seen a company offer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The options they give - excellent health insurance, employee stock purchase program, a 1 month sabbatical every 5 years, maternity and paternity leave, tuition reimbursement, infertility and adoption assistance, pet insurance, local company discounts, etc etc etc. They are too many to list!
