Buyers and Sellers are what make eBay. They should be listened to within the company. Decisions are made everyday and useless redesigning and glitches are never ending. eBay needs to employ more experienced computer programmers.

Sr leadership taking responsibility for their failings. Invest in paid search to drive traffic to site again. Work to engage our customers so they feel that sense of community again which made them loyal users.

Overhaul hiring process. Focus on quality instead of filling headcount quota. Overhaul performance process. One great engineer is worth 3 average engineers. Give fair compensation to great engineers or you will be left with average engineers that are in comfort zone and doing average work
