Mr. Prior was closely involved in establishing Ebix as an important supplier of Insurance application software and services in the Asia Pacific Region, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Prior is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree from Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand.
