Always something new to do, not for those looking for an easy clock-in, clock-out job.

What makes you most happy at work?

Beautiful campus, easy commute by MBTA rail, friendly people and never ending new things to do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Informal and friendly, but serious about working. Environment for the medical group is quiet but collegial.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The medical group is growing and they spend a lot of time and effort on training new people.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Met with a lot of people, all who I ended up working with. It was good to get a real impression of what it would be like.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation reflects location, which is a far suburb of Boston. Moving up internally is encouraged, but compensation needs to be more competitive for people to keep people around.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Company is making positive changes towards being a more agile workplace, both technically and in practice. Some long-timers have shifted out, allowing more constructive and modern thinking. Overall, leadership team is open to learning.
