
Not great. It's getting better. In my branch, it seems the management has just recently discovered that positive reinforcement can have a greater impact than negative reinforcement. They also need to step up their continued industry learning past new-hire training.
They will take your good ideas, take them, and other will get credit. Other than that they just tell you how you can improve without caring about your improvements. Do things for you and not for the company.
