What makes you most happy at work?
I love going to work every day. My team members are among the best in the business and I love our camaraderie. The executives truly care about employees and it shows. Most of all, we are all 100% focused on taking care of our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership of Eclipse truly cares about we employees and about the communities in which we live and do business. In addition, our Duluth corporate headquarters is focused on keeping employees engaged. We have a gym, massage chairs, a pickleball court, a game room, and an employee cafeteria.
