It was great not to have an increase in healthcare expenses this year as we received a new plan that offered us free healthcare.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You feel the culture as you walk in the door. The office is new in the past year and is geared for the employees from the layout to the snacks. Happy hour on the patio is nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have brought their experience of working at very large publicly traded companies, share their knowledge and expertise without all the drama and infighting experienced at other companies. They provide the opportunity for everyone to contribute to the business which is appreciated.
