What do you like best about the leadership team?
I value the leadership team as they truly are bought in to make work enjoyable and life easier to the best of their ability. the open-door policy and inclusivity are a breath of fresh air for me.

Two of the Supervisors seemed to know their job well in all areas. One of my supervisors seemed more interested in drama and power over running a business
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Holding bad employees accountable. Good employees get rewarded with more work, bad employees get to continue messing up with no repercussions
