Holding bad employees accountable. Good employees get rewarded with more work, bad employees get to continue messing up with no repercussions
Not playing favorites with employees
I do a sales job with no commission and a low salary. Upper management doesnt care about the little people
Insufficiently trained intentionally because employee for whom I wad hired to support resented they hired someone because they felt she needed help.
Less whiny attitudes and better team work
Put the business needs above their egos
ECMD needs a better system of breaktime for all shifts and departments. The company needs a better drink policy for employees in the warehouse not water only.
Less profanity outloud, less pessimism, less favoritism, more even playing field.
Had interviews where the interviewer hadnt even looked at my resume. Ive interviewed for internal positions and never had an answer or response 6 months later
I don't believe there is help for the prospective / future employee due to the closed-mindedness of the few provided escalated power above their named position due to their favor.
