Workers are nothing but cattle to the owner. He has said in the past, if workers don't like something, they can be replaced with immigrants. He made them work through COVID with no extra pay.

The owner would have to do a 180 to make things better. 20 years ago, it was a great place to work but since the brother took over, it went downhill fast.
