Helping others be successful / reaching their true potential.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Genuine concern for mental health, diversity, etc. -- not always followed in practice, however.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It exists, I guess. Significantly lower than similar roles at other companies. Definitely positioned to make the rich get richer.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The vision and mission are aligned with my own, but the "give first" mantra seems to only apply to those with the least secure jobs. Never been on the receiving end.
