Good locations and the staff is help.
Disappointing -- each Accelerator's staff is treated like hired mercenaries. Unlike a sales role, however, there is no additional compensation or benefits for performance. If an accelerator partner doesn't renew their contract, the entire staff is laid off. Also, knowledge is not shared.

It's a small team of about 5 that reports directly into the CEO. It's a very people focused business and they seem to care a lot about culture and engagement. There are recruiters, business partners and a rewards person. They handle employment for 15+ countries. They seem like a strong team that's working to help the company scale globally, just like all the rest!
