What makes you most happy at work?My colleagues and working with founders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Generally the benefits are great. I wish they paid for my parking though!
What do you like best about the leadership team?They're hard working and committed not only to Techstars success, but they are all open to helping me grow as an employee. You can easily talk to anyone on the ELT.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Culture should improve when the world is able to open up to more in-person events.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership needs to get better at managing human beings. Leadership is robotic, like to check boxes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Associates at Techstars are not permanent roles. Usually about 5-6 months. Most of the questions being asked do not apply. Just know the position is great and I love it.
