The Comp structure is attractive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No money would change the awful experience of working there
They tell me with words that I'm extremely valuable but when I present them with an offer from a new company, they don't come close to matching it.

Collaborative, supportive, high performing and experts in their field
