Review from Marketing Dept

I don't feel that I am undervalued.

Review from Marketing Dept

In the last 2 years, I got a total 10% hike, which is the lowest in the industry (Avg. 5% per year). I was told i an expect more but not much happened. I was told there will be an additional variable compensation but did not get any update from my manager or HR.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The compensation must be more competitive for a tenured individual like me. Health & Accident insurance & ESOPs must be included.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The amount of knowledge that is brought to the table regardless of experience.

Review from Engineering Dept

We have not received any share, even if we are working for them

Review from Engineering Dept

It should be as per industry standards and should be well rationalized

Compensation was never the problem here. Folks with deserving capabilities are always paid better.

Review from Engineering Dept

The rising cost of health care is shocking so my disappointment in it might not be EdCast-specific but rather what has happened to the health care in this country.

Review from Customer Support Dept

i feel i'm fairly valued

Review from Product Dept

Paid much lower than industry - almost 25% less

Review from Product Dept

I don't feel undervalued. I would love to have bonuses. The freedom to work, learn and the culture makes up for it.
