What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO is awesome. Tons of fun to be around and really good at executing the company vision.
Great people who are my mentors
I like how my leadership team tries to involve me wherever they can to help me learn and contribute to the project.
My leaders in the company make me feel like I fit in here, and that I make a big impact in the company.
They do an amazing job at inspiring us to help the company grow.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They're all amazing! They are so great at inspiring us to do better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great pay and great benefits which will likely get even better as the company continues to grow
Vacation every year paid for
I'm just part time so I'm pretty sure I don't get a package but, Mindy's food.
Being on salary is extremely helpful in planning for life's expenses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are okay and paid is under Utah market value, but people stay because of how great the company is
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, genuine, hard working, family oriented
The best thing about my team is the relationship that we have with each other.
We work closely and effectively, checking up on each other frequently and offering help when possible.
They are all really great people who use their talents and skills to help the company progress.
We talk about what needs to talk about and cut out the fluff.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team I work with is great! They communicate clearly and effectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. The events. How much I have learned
Everyone is very friendly and is always working together
We are always working towards a common goal and know that we can hit those goals.
Everyone knows everyone and everyone is treated fairly
The most positive thing about our company culture is definitely Mindy's Cafe! It's so nice to spend lunch getting to know my coworkers over a an amazing home cooked meal.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Nothing! The company culture here is unlike the culture anywhere else.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions, the tour, the explanation of expectations.
It was nice having everything be very open and straightforward.
It was very great and helped me to know what to expect of the company and what the company expected of me.
I was able to interview with the CEO, rather than a lower level employee
Got to meet the whole team, it was a comfortable interview process.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

We are doing hard things and building amazing software
I like when I am able to do well at my job and feel like I'm making a good contribution.
I like when I do something that I feel really shapes the way our product is going to be.
I love coming to work and helping to grow the company into what we all know it can become

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is going wrong. I'm really exciting about the future of this company.

The culture is amazing. I am excited to come to work, and I enjoy it once I get here.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
A bit more inter-department transparency would be nice.
