What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people. The events. How much I have learned

Everyone is very friendly and is always working together

We are always working towards a common goal and know that we can hit those goals.

The most positive thing about our company culture is definitely Mindy's Cafe! It's so nice to spend lunch getting to know my coworkers over a an amazing home cooked meal.

Everyone knows everyone and everyone is treated fairly

We are excited to build a world class product and sell it, that is positive

Mindy's Cafe is amazing. The chance that we all get to eat together as coworkers is the highlight of my day

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Nothing! The company culture here is unlike the culture anywhere else.
