I really love working at EddyHR. I'm excited to come to work every day, and I go home happy. The company is really flexible, so work-life balance is awesome.

There's obviously organizational hierarchy, but not social hierarchy. We're all just friends.

Mindy's cafe. We have an in house chef that feeds its amazing food every day.

We're a real team. We all work hard to achieve team wins. Personal wins are an afterthought.

The culture is amazing. I am excited to come to work, and I enjoy it once I get here.

I LOVE Mindy's cafe. The food is obviously amazing, but it's so much fun to just sit around and talk with friends for 30 minutes every day.

Mindy's Cafe!!! Our whole company eats lunch together every day. That by itself is a huge contributor to culture, but it also impacts every aspect of company culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that we're all just friends. There's a lot of joking, and I feel just as free to tease the CEO as anyone else. It's a lot of fun.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Before having me in for my first in-person interview, they had me do a project. That way I was able to show my work and express what I can actually contribute.
