My overall experience with Edera L3c is less than desirable. Despite the flexibility in schedule, the constant demands and high expectations from the management prevent me from having enough rest. Employees here are indirectly forced to work for extended hours almost every day
Leadership needs to be more humble and understanding! Acting like they're superior compared to everyone else even though we're doing all the hard work is only going to breed resentment and cultivate a stressful work environment.
