Engaged, cohesive, agile, transparent and passionate.
They listen to feedback from employees and are always looking for ways to improve the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
95% of premium is company paid. $150 monthly wellness stipend and $2k a year travel benefit.
Management is always listening to feedback from employees about how to improve the compensation package. Each year the package expands and improves.

There is a strong culture of respect and teamwork.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's obvious that the management, which includes minorities and women, does everything they can to support diversity, not just with words but with actions. Actively hires all races, genders, cultures, etc. Feels like the gender split is around 50/50. Very supportive of parents too.
