What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is an inordinate pressure to introduce quantity standards that are too high if quality of work is to be maintained. Faster doesn't mean better.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I have no coworkers I interact with face-to-face. I telecommute, and only get to interact with shift supervisors some of whom are pleasant to work with, while others lack people and communication skills.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I telecommute, meaning that I work from my home and can make my work environment as pleasant as I want. If it were not for occasional interactions with coworkers/supervisors who lack people skills, this would be a great arrangement.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating with employees. Being more empathetic when faced with employee needs. Offer pay commensurate with the amount of education required to be approved to work a certain job. Currently, employees with Bachelor's degrees and above are paid at the level of McDonald's workers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The actual interview process (after applicant's skills are assessed & applicant notified of advancing in the hiring process) consists of paid training and a certification test rather than someone's subjective opinion of what the applicant might or might not be able to do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Raters have no benefits, and the pay for the job that requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the field of specialty is paid anywhere between $11.50 and $15.00 an hour. For the amount of knowledge and responsibility involved in performing the essential job duties, this is woefully insufficient.
