What is the best part about your compensation package?

I get to enroll in some classes for free

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No effort to match salary expectations with market rate. Not even remotely close to fair ballpark for the work being done. Lack of effort to grow or hire the right people for the team.

Because they need gullible recent grads that are inneficient yet everything to everyone
