Familiarize yourself with other teams and build relationships.
What is the PTO policy at edX?
You accrue time over the year up to 3 weeks to start. There is also paid sick leave within reason.
What is the hardest interview question edX asks?
You will need pass a coding test that is designed to be difficult to pass for those who are used to coding tests.
What is the onboarding process like at edX and how long does it last?
The process varies team to team, but you meet those you work with and are otherwise left to learn from work. You get your computer setup and that's about. There is very little structure otherwise for the on boarding process to learn about other teams and how other teams interact with each other.
