What makes you most happy at work?
improving someone else's day and/or experience
Nothing...... the level of accomplish nothing with 100 meetings a day, praise yourself for being collaborative, and talk like "you are on a TED talk" is something I have never experienced
I can usually do it very well, and as a result, I'm useful, and others' situations are better after I help them.

More women employed on predominately or all male teams. More women in managerial roles.
