Mr. Promod Narang has been Senior Vice President of Products and Engineering at eGain Corporation since March 2000 and served as its Senior Vice President of Products & Technology. Mr. Narang has over nineteen years of experience in managing and developing software products and services. His other experiences include project management and software development roles at Sharebase, Silvar-Lisco and IBM. He joined eGain in October 1998 and served as its Director of Engineering. Prior to joining eGain, he has founded and served as President of VMPro from September 1987 to October 1998. Mr. Narang holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from Wayne State University.
