Bonuses they offer are BS. Never received 100% of the bonus that Eisai specified in my offer letter, even if the company had a very good year and I received a superior performance rating (highest rating possible at Eisai).

They hired me during an economic downturn at the same salary I was getting at my former company then never made that up to me.

Coworkers are OK, department management is the problem.

Way too many meeting here. You have to book conference rooms a week or two in advance. Again, management must support their employees.
