What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand that customer service is an important department in the company.
Clear instruction and training. Taking advice from employees and not just ignoring it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance is 'good' but very expensive. It would take 80% of my paycheck to insure my family. In addition, the pay is very low.
We are working in downtown Cleveland and are not making the kind of money someone should make in downtown Cleveland.

Higher pay, more positive interaction between leadership and workers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It takes several interviews over the course of a month in order to get hired. Less interviews. Less time.
Shorter time to hire. More openness about when things will happen.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sales people completely lie to keep their job. If sales had a year to learn instead of a couple weeks they would be better.
