Amazing company and people to work with

No trust and coworkers are pitted against each other.

Great company if you already know fleet. If you are coming in with little knowledge of fleet processes, the training is lacking and its hard to keep up. Not a lot of direction on where to go to solve problems. Comes with tenure. Otherwise everyone is very nice. Allows employees to work from home.
