What do you like best about the leadership team?
COO is top notch as are many senior leaders .
Leadership has failed us miserably
Since JF left there is no communication and less direction
Solid leadership team that is very inclusive
Care about your work/life balance and help you with career growth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing a job being helpful instead of rude.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous time-off program allowing a balance between work/life. Company also gives employees the week of 12/25-12/31 off, paid in addition to regular vacation time. Solid 401k match, 4% and fully vested year upon participation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation in addition to service
Be paid for what I'm worth and add more to our 401K matching. We are only on a 4% match program. Bonuses are low and Insurance is expensive.
Cost of living wage increases. Remote working options
No visibilty of salary bands, salaries are all over the board
The company needs to lessen the workload

Good knowledge and willing to co-operate to get work done
Great, honest colleagues who are very knowledgeable about the industry.
We work together well and have some great personalities

No trust and coworkers are pitted against each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with my co workers is positive
Remote work, i have a great manager others are not so lucky
We are all looking forward to moving into our new MN office! Will be an exciting change with a modern, collaborative atmosphere.
Going through significant transformation all signs point we're headed in the right direction. Focusing on the client experience, advancing technology and improving the employee experience. Being focused on the client and employees will result in a win-win strategy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fire management, bring in real talent. Pay employee's a good salary

Not being overloaded and having steady work. Not having to work late to carry the workload

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Remote working should be available to any employee that requires or requests it. Merit increases need to meet inflation
Loosing clients , sending work over seas taking jobs from the company left and right
